The love for our work and the respect for nature and man, led us in 2001 to turn to Organic Agriculture. The new cultivation methods of Organic Agriculture, in combination with the microclimate and the soil of our olive groves, added to our olive oil unique characteristics, special taste and rich aromas. What makes it even more special is the way we manage it after its production.
We chose not to filter it with the common methods, but to clean it with the sedimentation method. This process is optimal for maintaining all the organoleptic characteristics that make it so beneficial to our health.
