TERMS OF SALES
By placing an order you agree to purchase a product according to the following terms and conditions.
We dispatch products when placed an order is confirmed our customers will be informed regarding the acceptance or rejection of their request by e-mail within six working days. Please note that the automated message which appears on the screen with the details of your order request received by our company does not constitute acceptance of your order, but it is received subject to the above procedure.
In case of acceptance, you will receive an order confirmation email, according to the above, which should include the details for the checkout through payment.
Depending on the legislation of each country outside the European Union, there may be restrictions on the sale of certain products or the sale of certain products may not be allowed at all. You will be notified by email in case of such a problem.
Orders are dispatched according to the following procedure:
Add the wished products to your basket
Either you continue shopping or you go to the “Go to cart” option to check the selected products.
By selecting the “Go to cart” option, the customer can see the “cart” with the products he/she has selected. At this stage the customer can:
1. To increase the quantity in the products he has chosen,
2. To delete one or some or all of the products he/she has chosen,
3. To continue adding new products
4. To proceed to the completion of the order.
By selecting “Complete”, you display a form in which the customer fills in his/her personal information (name, surname, phone number, address, postcode, country, email, payment method, comments)
At this stage the customer must read and agree with the terms of the E-shop and click on the box, that he agrees and you accept our terms.
Before completing the order there is a security, asking for the sum of adding 2 numbers.
In the last step, after filling in the details and the correct answer in the box with the number, the option “Order” is displayed. Selecting the “Order” option or order completes. A message appears on the customer’s screen informing them that their order has been completed successfully. He/she will also receive an email with his/her order in detail in the email he/she gave to Step4.
If you proceed to the stage of completion of your order, you will be connected to the third-party payment service provider to complete the payment of the agreed price subject to the present terms & conditions.
Upon successful completion of the payment, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your order, which will also be sent to the email address you have indicated.
In case you select the account deposit payment method, the order will not be executed until the company’s bank account is credited with the total amount due.
To ensure the highest possible security of your transactions, spanakisolivegroves.com may (but is not obliged to) carry out a control through the collaborating payment service providers as to the correctness of the payment information you have sent us (in case of credit card payment or payment through a third-party online payment service provider) upon completion of your order and connection with a third-party payment service provider. Spanakisolivegroves.com may reject your order if there is any problem or even the possibility of any problem arising regarding this information.
After that, your order proceeds to be dispatched and you will receive an e-mail when the products are ready to be shipped to the indicated shipping address (or in case of multiple deliveries, to the shipping addresses). In case there is an unexpected shortage, for any reason, in one/some of the products you have ordered and/or a product will be available after the time of delivery stated on our online store, or in case there is a problem regarding the products included in your order, spanakisolivegroves.com will make every possible effort to contact you either by e-mail, via the email address you have indicated, or calling you directly through one of its representatives (or in all of the above ways) to consult with you for any modification, correction or cancellation of your order.
